I don’t normally like being called a “girl” because I am a grown-ass adult, thank you very much, and it is ridiculous to refer to a female person who is almost half a century old as a child. But I like the word “fangirl” for some reason. Maybe because if you get excited enough about something, you feel a bit younger.
Anyway.
A Fan of Ice and Fire: This is a thing I want to get going this year — how many years have I been saying that. I hate nearly everything fans have put out about George R. R. Martin’s Westeros, because they get all weird and porny (okay, worse than George does) and soap-opera-y. Do not want. I haven’t decided yet whether it will be a weird sort of blog or maybe even a wiki. There are arguments for both, I think.
Big Man Chronicles: My fansite for Scottish actor Rory McCann. If you saw the TV series Game of Thrones or the film Hot Fuzz, you’ve seen him. And if you put photos of those two roles together, you begin to appreciate how versatile the man is.
And, yeah. That’s what I love about him. His… versatility.

I might, at some point, do a fan-art folder on my deviantART account and link to it here. But I would have to draw the fan art first. One more reason I need to sort my life out. It’s so disorganized that I can’t do any of the things I really want to do.
I had a fan page on FB for Doctor Who for a while, but nothing really was going on with it and I don’t like some directions the show is taking now, so I decided not to put any more energy into that. But I might do some fan art, and at some point I want to show off my con photos here. Or, my photos of my con photos. I think I have lost my con photos. I am sad.
