I am not sure what I will do with this yet, but health and nutrition have fascinated me since I was a kid. I don’t look it, of course:
…But let’s just say I’ve had front row seats to learn just why there is such a high correlation between poverty and obesity. Unfortunately, I’ve also learned the hard way how difficult it is to take care of yourself when everyone around you has been trained on bad advice and therefore thinks you are nuts for not taking that advice. You, quite frankly, feel like you got dropped into a nuthouse and left to fend for yourself. It is not a good feeling.
